TRM Return Policy

​​​​LATIN AND GREEK ROOTS CHALLENGE

Any Latin and Greek Roots Challenge materials that you purchase from The Rooted Mind may be returned within 30 days of your purchase for an exchange or refund.  To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them. 

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Before returning items, we recommend that you contact us at info@the-rooted-mind.com to explain to us the reasons for your return and to discuss any special handling requirements.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping expenses for returning your items, unless the reason for the return was due to an error by The Rooted Mind in processing your order.
